Centennial of Srila B.S. Bhagabat Maharaj

• The birth centenary commemoration of His Divine Grace Srimad Bhakti Srirup Bhagabat Maharaj Will be held at Gaudiya Mission, London from 26 March to 9th April. The entire program will be conducted by Srimad Bhakti Suhrid Paribrajak Maharaj, Present Acharya of Gaudiya Mission. B.S. Sanyasi Maharaj, B.P. Puri Maharaj, and B.N. Narayan Maharaj have already been dispatched to London for this celebration.

• 26th March 2006, 5:00 pm:- The first conference of the birth centenary celebration of His Divine Grace Srimad Bhakti Srirup Bhagabat Maharaj was observed at Mandhata Youth & Community Centre Hall in London. Sripad Shyamchand Das Brahmachari sang Guru Bandana and Kirtana at the beginning of the first season. Srimad Bhakti Suhrid Paribrajak Maharaj, Present Acharya of Gaudiya Mission graced the chair as the president of the season. Mr. Venilal Vagela (Chairman, Hindu Council, Brent) was the chief guest of this program. Sripad Bhakti Sundar Sanyasi Maharaj delivered a valuable lecture to all.

• 1st April 2006, 5:30 pm:- The second conference of the birth centenary celebration of His Divine Grace Srimad Bhakti Srirup Bhagabat Maharaj was observed at Lampton School Hall in London. Srimad Bhakti Suhrid Paribrajak Maharaj, Present Acharya of Gaudiya Mission graced the chair as the president of the season. Sri Ravi Sharma (London ‘Sunrise’ Radio) was the chief guest of this program. Sripad Bhakti Sundar Sanyasi Maharaj delivered a valuable lecture to all. A documentary on Srila Achayapad was screened in front of Western devotees. B.P. Puri Maharaj delivered the vote of thanks and concluded the season.

• 8th April 2006, 5:00 pm:- The third conference of the birth centenary celebration of His Divine Grace Srimad Bhakti Srirup Bhagabat Maharaj was observed at Sindhu Community House, London. Srimad Bhakti Suhrid Paribrajak Maharaj, Present Acharya of Gaudiya Mission graced the chair as the president of the season. Mr. Vashi G. Bharwani (Chairman & Managing Director, Auto Marketing Ltd. UK) was the chief guest of this program. Mr. Rakhal D. Saha introduced the monks before the audience. Sripad Bhakti Sundar Sanyasi Maharaj delivered a valuable lecture on the topic ‘Gurutattva’. B.P. Puri Maharaj delivered his lecture on the topic- ‘What is Gaudiya Mission ?’
