Srila Bhaktivinode Thakur (1838-1914) was a Hindu philosopher, guru, and spiritual reformer who played a key role in the resurgence of Gaudiya Vaishnavism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In 1866, Bhaktivinode Thakur had a profound spiritual awakening. He realized that the purpose of life is to achieve the love of God, and he devoted himself to spreading this message to others. He began to write books and pamphlets on the teachings of Lord Chaitanya, and he also founded several schools and temples dedicated to Gaudiya Vaishnavism.

Social Reform:
